What will we do? Through our activities we aim to raise the overall quality of all levels of education and training, for all age groups in Romania: children, adolescents, adults. Thus, to meet our objectives, we plan activities such as:

O1. Supporting formal, non-formal and informal education for children and youth in order to acquire
the necessary abilities and personal development skills for employability and active citizenship:
- the development of non-formal learning activities in order to acquire skills necessary for further learning and the labor market integration thus providing personal, social and professional development;
- providing vocational guidance and counseling services to students and pupils in order to facilitate the school to active life transition;
- implementation of actions and projects aimed at reducing early school leaving;
- encourage active participation of young people in society;
- encouraging young people in democratic life in Europe;
- encourage and support the spirit of initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship among children and youth;
- encourage the learning of modern foreign languages by organizing interactive activities, courses, workshops
- development of European cooperation projects in education for children and youth;
- organizing sports activities, amusement and recreation, scientific, cultural, artistic under the form of colloquia, seminars, symposiums, roundtables, workshops, exhibitions, performances, exchanges, sports competitions, etc.. on topics of general interest and European Community
- establishing and maintaining ties of friendship and mobilization between young people for knowledge purposes and also to encourage their initiatives
- organization of summer schools/kindergartens, thematic camps
- organizing extracurricular clubs/after school activities;
- organize a private education institution (private kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and / or high school) with bilingual program (Romanian - English) / alternative educational system - based on locally identified needs;
- writing and publishing books, periodicals, pamphlets, posters, brochures, software and other information materials;
- organizing training (initiation, qualification, training and / or specialization) in computer science and related fields, management and accounting, secretary courses in human resources and management, foreign languages and other areas of interest in the European labor market for all audiences;
- organization of continuous training of school staff in areas such as teaching, learning, assessment centered on abilities, interactive, student-centered, counseling and school guidance / training, educational management, use of new technologies in the training-educational process;
- organizing training activities, advice and consultancy for the active involvement of parents in their children's education act
- promoting, advising and consulting the public concerned on training opportunities through European funded programs in order to acquire and use knowledge, skills and qualifications to facilitate personal development, employability and participation in the European labor market
- encourage active participation of the unemployed youngsters
- promote and encourage student mobility and the people undergoing training
- promoting the European Framework of Reference of key competences for lifelong learning, the Common European Framework of Reference for languages, Europass instruments;
- promotion and counseling in order to use information and communication technologies in order to support the digital society;
- encourage the learning of modern foreign languages by organizing interactive activities, courses, workshops
- providing counseling and career guidance to unemployed or people looking for a job
- assistance and human resources consultancy
- providing consulting and advisory services to individuals, NGO sector, public sector and business institutions in project management
- initiation and implementation of EU-funded projects aimed at increasing the employment rate of workers;
- develop their own programs and partnerships with public authorities in the country and abroad;
- facilitate the development of partnerships between the worlds of education / training and work;
- promoting entrepreneurial culture;
- informing the public on project funding opportunities from EU funds, advisory and consultancy services for accessing them;
- information campaigns on human / child rights / rights and obligations of European citizens;
- carrying out activities supporting cultural diversity: plays, exhibitions, symposiums, round tables.
- carrying out activities in humanitarian (donations, free support school activities, scholarships, full or partial sponsorship of surgery / medical treatment) and social protection (free training courses) to support disadvantaged children and youth: coming from orphanages, disabled, gypsy, with poor socioeconomic status, unemployed etc.
- promote equal opportunities between women and men, young and older workers to increase labor participation;
- providing educational alternatives for people from vulnerable social groups and contexts and / or marginalized, especially older people and those who have left the formal system of education without basic qualifications;
- participation / initiation of activities for an ecological environment
- conduct information campaigns on combating climate change;
- promotion / implementation of actions, projects and programs for more efficient use of resources;
- promotion / implementation of actions, projects and programs to support clean energy and efficiency
